The fun run is during each grade level's Specials time, listed below. 

• 8:15-8:45am PK3, ECSE, FAC, and FCC
• 8:55-9:45am Kindergarten
• 9:50-10:40am 1st Grade
• 10:45-11:35am 2nd Grade
• 12:10-1:00pm 4th Grade
• 1:05-1:55pm 5th Grade
• 2:00-2:50pm 3rd Grade

Please meet us outside to cheer on your student (you might get to see our Owl)!

Parents/guardians are invited to attend the event if you want to cheer on your student. Those who wish to volunteer, be sure to let us know on the FundHub webpage. We must be mindful of the new grass while it is starting, so we will have parents and guardians staged on the basketball court to cheer on your students. If it gets crowded, we can also line the fences around the track. 

To ensure student safety, visitors to our campus need to sign in. To streamline the process and avoid lines at the door, we have a pre-registration option for our Fun Run.

1. Please complete this Caraway Visitor/Volunteer Google Form in its entirety. We will use this information to check your Volunteer Application status and print your nametag. (Please complete the form, click next at the bottom and then SUBMIT.) If you are in our system, your nametag will be printed and available at the Safe and Secure entry. You will not need to sign-in the day of the party. If you are not in the system, you will need to check in with your ID at the Safe and Secure entrance. 

You can still attend if this form is not completed. Please go through Safe and Secure and have your identification ready. There may be a line, as this is the first big event this year. 

The Google Form will close at 3:00 pm the day before the school event. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this process. Thank you for doing your part to keep all Caraway students safe.
